Purchase Agreement 

By Purchasing photo(s) you have agreed to the following:

You declare the photo(s) you are purchasing from S&H Photography are of yourself or are a gift for the individual in the photo.

You agree not to sell, distribute, or allow the sale or distribution of photos for commercial use, publication, public display, or any other use, other than your personal use, without written permission from S&H Photography.

You agree not to scan or digitally reproduce prints in full or part for any use other than your personal use, without written permission from S&H Photography.

You agree to pay any and all legal fees and costs incurred by S&H Photography in the event this agreement is violated.

You agree to pay any and all legal fees, penalties, fines, and any other costs incurred by S&H Photography in the event legal action is brought against S&H Photography due to a violation of this agreement.

You understand the photos you are purchasing are protected by copyright laws and that S&H Photography retains all copyright property rights in and to all photos.

By purchasing photos you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
